Really enjoyed the course! Top marks for making it practical without any unnecessary complications and full of lots of useful tips. Now just need to practice what I learned.

FAQs
-
What is the 1-Day Intensive Club Dancing course?
This is our "crash course" version of our popular club dancing syllabus. It is a high-impact, one-day experience designed to teach you practical moves and the core principles of social dancing in a single afternoon. It is the perfect solution for anyone who wants to transform their dance floor confidence quickly without committing to a multi-week term.
-
Is this course suitable for absolute beginners?
Absolutely. This intensive is built specifically for those with zero dance experience. We know that a full day can seem daunting, but we break everything down into manageable steps. There is no complicated choreography to memorise. Instead, we focus on breaking down individual movements and putting them into simple, effective combinations that you can use immediately.
-
Who is this intensive course ideal for?
This 1-day workshop is perfect for:
Time-constrained professionals: Those who can’t commit to a regular weekly evening class.
Out-of-towners: People living outside of London who want to travel in for a one-off "dance deep dive."
Last-minute prep: Upcoming event guests who have a wedding, party, or gala "this weekend" and need a rapid confidence boost.
-
Will I be able to remember everything in just one day?
Yes! Because we focus on principles and muscle memory rather than long routines, the moves are much easier to retain. We emphasise "freestyle" confidence—giving you a toolkit of moves that you can mix and match naturally, rather than a script you have to follow.
-
What should I bring for a full day of dancing?
Since you’ll be moving for several hours, we recommend:
Comfortable Footwear: Trainers are essential for support.
Layers: You might start cool and warm up quickly, so a hoodie over a T-shirt is a great idea.
Water & Snacks: We take regular breaks to keep your energy levels high!

Where are the intensives held?
Our intensives are held in our prime Central London studios, which are easily accessible from major national rail stations like Euston, King’s Cross, and Waterloo—making it a stress-free trip for those travelling from outside the city.

What is your cancellation policy?
Course fees are non-refundable. Because our 1-day intensives have strictly limited capacity to ensure every student gets personal feedback, your booking secures a spot that is held exclusively for you. For more details on our policies, please see our full Terms & Conditions here.
